As the
General Manager of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of Bryan/College
Station, I would like to share our commitment to the health, safety and
economic wellbeing of our team members, customers, and the greater Brazos
Valley community we serve.
Our
employees are the heartbeat of our dealership and their health and safety are
our number one priority. We are currently monitoring and addressing the
changing landscape; following all CDC guidelines, local government and health
agency recommendations; and implementing a number of
initiatives to proactively support the needs of our individual team members.
At the same time, reliable vehicles-whether personal or
for emergency response-are an essential component in assuring the health and
safety of our communities, in particular vulnerable populations.Â
Whether it's a flat tire, an urgent part replacement or an imperative safety recall, our Service Departments are staying open and working hard to ensure these vehicles are safe and available for our first responders, caregivers, healthcare workers and any
individual needing transport for supplies or care.

In addition to ensuring crucial services are available, our Sales Department is offering a number of low-contact alternatives to our customers
in need, such as virtual or private test drives, entirely online
shopping with free delivery and free
pick-up/delivery for service repairs.
As a member of our valued Brazos Valley community, we
thank you for also following guidelines to keep all of us safe. It's
challenging times like this that remind us all about the importance of
community.
From our
dealership family to yours, stay healthy and we will get through this together.
Thanks,Â
Coy
